I’m Kalema Joseph, AYA Executive Director, and I always have a view which says “Leadership is action not position” as cited by MC Gannon .
Most prominent leaders have the minds of fire and they deal in hope said by Napoleon Bonaparte . So AYA ‘s objective is to empower others to be greater leaders in the society and I have a belief in the above greater leaders whom I have cited. To change the society to be a better place, its in the hands of the Youth.
